Singing

Traditional and contemporary methods are used to help singers find a unique and individual sound and style and prepare to sing classical and semi-classical repertoire. Particular attention is paid to issues relating to breath management, free voice production, resonant tone quality and muscular support.

Singers refine technique by way of vocal exercises and voice-building song material. Students receive detailed instruction and learn why dedicated practice and vocal exercises are necessary, their purpose, and what results may be expected.

Curriculum

The Studio standard curriculum is the following. All lessons follow this path.

Technical Vocal Exercises

Vaccai Practical Method
